Though pu'erh teas are not technically black teas, they brew up quite dark with an earthy flavor and dark cup color. Unlike black teas, however, they yield multiple infusions and have a very low acidity.
Popularized in Hong Kong, Gook Po Cha (also called Gupu Cha) is a rich and earthy pu'erh mellowed with chrysantheumum blossoms. Our blend contains organic and Fair Trade certified pu'erh tea and tea blossoms harvested from ancient tea trees as well as Chinese chrysanthemum blossoms.
